Tuesday Night Track is aimed at improving your ability to handle the physiological (and psychological) elements of faster running.
One of the best things about running track is that no man or woman gets left behind! We use the lanes (e.g. faster runners run in outside lanes) with the intent that people run for similar periods of time (e.g. 90 second effort, 60 second recovery) but the distances vary that are completed (e.g. 375m, 400m, 435m). By having someone to run with despite different pacing, we can work together to achieve our goals. Typical distance around 7.5km, with 5km of this being hard efforts.
Meet at the seats close to the track to the left of the centre aisle. $5.00 for lights or $3,50 if you buy a multi-pass.
