The coastal high 50 team will again be hitting the Cootha trails for a long training session and all are welcome to join in. The full session is 27k of trails starting at sunrise of 6 am but with the course going past the start point the times you can cut it short if you please. The mountain is well equipped with hydration stations at various rest stops but it's always handy to carry your own pack and nutrition is a must in a long run off this nature.
