Something special this Saturday as we head up to Mooloolaba. This will be ideal for those preparing for greatness at the Sunshine Coast 70.3.
How Much ?: All training sessions will be free. Folk from other triathlon clubs are welcome to join, but they MUST be a Triathlon Australia member.
What’s the plan?:
- 6:30am: Bike ride to depart from Mooloolaba’s “Loo with a view” at 6:30am SHARP. We’ll do a recon of the 70.3 bike course (minus the motorway). We'll aim to do two laps of the hinterland loops before heading back into town. Will be about 70km all up, with some bike tips/ tricks from Matt .
- 10:00am (approx.): Run off the bike, following the 70.3 run course (albeit on the footpaths at all times). It'll be about 50 minutes all up, including some run tips and tricks from Brad.
- 11:00am (approx.): Brunch at CK Coffee and Wholefoods Café, before chillaxing and maybe going for a 1km ocean swim (bring your wetsuit if you have one).
