Noosa Tri Training Camp

Get yourself ready to rock for the 2017 Noosa Triathlon - as we swim, bike and run in Paradise, including a total recon of the course, beach yoga and tips and tricks - with coaches including Brad Dalrymple (13-time Noosa Tri competitor) and Trent Grimsey (English Channel World Record Holder).

What's the plan ?

SATURDAY (October 14)

6:30AM:  We'll leave the Noosa Lions Park (Noosa Tri transition area, off Noosa Parade) at 6:30am.  The longer option (led by Brad) will be a 'out-and-back' trip to Twin Waters (some 65km).  The shorter/ cruiser option will be led by Lisa to Coolum andback (about 40km).

9:00AM:  We'll meet in front of the Noosa Heads SLSC for a run (or walk) through the magical Noosa National Park.  Brad will take a run along the Tanglewood Track to Hells Gates and Alexandria Bay, returning via the Coastal Track (some 8km).  Those after a cruisier option can take the Coastal Track to Hells Gates (or shorter) and back.

10:30AM:  Beach chillax and lunch (included in the price).  Lunch will be at 'Streets of Harlem' (8 Hastings Street).

11:30AM: Triathlon training tips and Q&A.  An interactive session where we talk triathlon training - tips, tricks and answers to all the questions you want to ask (particularly the gross ones).  Again, this is at the 'Streets of Harlem'.

12:30PM:  Yoga on the beach.  Be one with the universe in this special yoga session in Paradise.   

6:30PM:  Dinner at Café Le Monde (Hastings Street).  Dinner cost not included.

SUNDAY (October 15)

7:30AM:  Open water swim session, including a recon over the Noosa Tri swim course.

9AM:  We'll leave the Noosa Lions Park (Noosa Tri transition area, off Noosa Parade) for a total recon of the 40km Noosa Tri bike course.

11AM:  Again, we lave from the Noosa Lions Park for a recon of the 10km Noosa Tri run course.

12:30PM:  Lunch (included in the price) and Noosa Triathlon racing tips/ advice.
