7:15am, Enoggera Reservoir - Open water swim (i.e. practice swimming in a straight line in the direction you want to go). This is full practice for your wetsuit/swimsuit/tri-suit/racing goggles set up for Noosa.
8:15am - Trail run - wear the tri-suit (already have it on if you've swum), running shoes, (socks) you will be using at Noosa. Run around (or along) the dam, about 45 minutes.
9:30am approx - Breakfast and coffee - The Lodge, 976 Waterworks Road.
